Keogh's Shamrock and Sour Cream Crisps!

These crisps were honestly I think, the best I have Ever tasted! The flavour is strong and moreish without being overpowering and the shamrock really does give them that extra Oomph! The Sour Cream flavour is delicious and actually very natural, when eating them you can just imagine the thick sour cream dip you can get! It's a very weird sensation thinking that all that flavour can be combined is one crisp!

The look of them is fantastic - the visible pieces of shamrock make them look tasty and natural and they have a real crisp crunch, that lovely snap you hear when biting into one can clearly be heard. I would highly recommend these to anyone who either loves Sour cream flavours or simply isn't keen on 'normal' crisps such as Walkers, they really are something different in a fantastic way!

They also come in these flavours:
Atlantic Sea Salt & Vinegar / Dubliner Irish Cheese & Onion / Roast Beef & Irish Stout

My Brother's Wedding .x

So on the weekend I celebrated an amazing and beautiful day..
The wedding of my Big Brother to my amazing new Sister-in-law!
Her dress was amazing, the small church and hotel settings were breath-taking and together with all their family and friends I think they had an absolutely amazing day.
It was a pleasure to be a part of their special day and see them both so happy!

New Look Sale Buys!

Just a quick one from me today!
The New Look Sale is currently in full swing and just thought i'd post the few things that I got my hands on!

Happy Friday!

I just couldn't resist this piece of fruity fashion goodness! It's beautiful in colour and a little brighter than I expected but that's just made me love it more!

I fell in love with the gorgeous lace detailing and the back straps too! The cross design looks gorgeous and it is true to size! The underneath section is a little more pink than the stock photo lets on but it's still lovely and a real bargain! Might have to grab this in pink & black too!

Blue Lace Up Espadrille Sandals - Sale Price - £7!
I just love the colour of these and think they are perfect for a casual day out anywhere for the summer! I think they'll go with almost anything and are super comfy! The only issue is that I have quite small ankles so they look a little baggy but it just adds to the comfort and they look fine all the same!

Amazon Prime Day - A Few Bargains

So yesterday was AMAZON PRIME DAY!
I was quite excited as I love the Black Friday sales - it wasn't quite as extensive as I expected and they only seemed to have certain categories of items but nevertheless I nabbed myself and the boyfriend a few bargains!

RRP £13.99 / PAID £7
Bought this for the boyfriend as he needs some new tshirts for summer! The fit is great and the material feels really good quality - definitely a bargain at half price! If your boyfriend (or yourself) like this kind of tshirts definitely check out the shop on Amazon!

RRP £49.99 / PAID £32.99
So this was a given really! With the new Star Wars film looming this winter we decided it was time to buy the collection and watch them all again before the next one is released! Gonna have an awesome weekend binge watching this! Bargain price too as £50 was the cheapest I could find it anywhere before the deal!

RRP £10 / PAID £6
So I've heard a lot about Candy Kittens sweets but unfortunately have never had the chance to try them so I thought that at £6 I had the chance to try all 4 varieties.. Hoping they're good! I love the shape of them and really intrigued by the peach flavoured ones..

Serenata Flowers - Chocolate Gift Box win & review!

I was lucky enough to win this chocolate gift box from the fantastic SlummySingleMummy blog! So a big Thankyou to her for hosting the amazing giveaway!

Hamper Contents:
White Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Luxury Chocolate Covered Brazil Nuts
Luxury Yogurt Covered Peanuts & Raisins
Box of Salted Toffee Truffles
Small Luxury Box of Belgian Chocolates

The hamper holds a selection of chocolates to cater for a wide range of tastes which makes it perfect for sharing as a family or in a group of friends for a weekend treat or celebration. I think the pots of covered nuts look so cute I may keep them as storage for the kitchen!

The flavours are definitely luxurious and strong, perfect for just having a few of on a relaxing afternoon as I don't think it is possible to eat more than 3 of the White Chocolate Covered Strawberries in one go! Their taste is beautiful, natural and startlingly rich as they are freeze dried - something I absolutely love.. You can tell the quality from the look of them inside!

The Salted Toffee Truffles have a slightly bitter taste to the outside dusting but the sweetness comes through after a few seconds and the toffee flavour is mouth-wateringly good! They taste like a lump of rich creamy ganache and are all individually wrapped too!

Yogurt Covered Raising and Chocolate Covered Brazils were some of my favourite 'healthier' treats growing up and these did not disappoint but  definitely taste more rich and delicious! The strong yogurt flavour leaves you thinking how yogurt can possibly taste this good? and the peanuts have a lovely crispy coating to add an extra crunch inside! The raising remain slightly sticky and sweet which keeps them a perfect mixture. The Brazil's are beautifully shiny and rounded, with a thick layer of moreish chocolate and the epic crunch I am so fond of when eating these in the past..

The Belgian Chocolate selection is a great asset for those looking at a bit more choice and mixed flavour. The box is fantastically presented with a ribbon and the decor of the chocolates themselves is like something out of a Christmas film.. They would be perfect as a small gift!

The Truffles mentioned are available to be bought separately as well as all the items collectively together in a slightly larger hamper than this one - here on the Serenata Flowers website.
With Free Delivery too!
I would highly recommend the website as the prices are reasonable and i'd love in the future to give a gift of their flowers as I imagine their presentation to be simply beautiful! If this hamper is anything to go by, I'd say they will be a firm gift favourite for almost everyone!

This week i'm loving classics from the 80s and 90s!
Ps: Sorry for my ridiculously eclectic music tastes!

Cadbury Fingers Salted Peanut Crunch review

Cadbury Fingers Salted Peanut Crunch
Otherwise known as - Indulgent Heaven in a box!

I picked these up yesterday from my local ASDA store, they were on promotion for £1 and being a lover of these in other flavours and also a lover of peanut butter I thought i'd give them a whirl!
I love the vibrant orange colour of the box and I think the gold ribbon design definitely gives them that little touch of 'luxury'..

"Deliciously Sweet, intriguingly Salty... Peanut flavoured bisuits with a salty crunch enrobed in a velvety smooth Cadbury milk chocolate ...relax, unwind and indulge!"
The description above is completely spot on! The velvety chocolate comes through straight away, then a slight tickle of salt and then the smooth yet crunchy peanut flavour! They are super indulgent and I'm not even sorry that I demolished the entire tray!
The biscuit inside has a crunchy, crumbly texture that melts in your mouth.. They are a fantastic Sunday afternoon treat!
If you like peanut butter, chocolate and biscuits then these are definitely for you!

Go grab some now!

Adventure Island Mini Golf - Star City, Birmingham

So last weekend we met up with my best friend Rachel and her boyfriend Kev and decided to go and try somewhere new! We saw the Adventure Island Mini Golf advertised last time we travelled near Star City so thought we'd give it a go! I've always Loved mini golf so couldn't wait to try it out!
It's the UK's first 36 hole indoor mini golf complex so it sounded quite exciting!
Depending on the day of the week you go, check the website for offers as they do some fab deals! The complex also includes a snack and drinks bar and they host both Kids Parties and Corporate Events too! Definitely one to keep in mind for future 'Team Building'!

They even offer £1 off for all students and the prices are super reasonable:
18 Holes: £6.45 Adult (over 16) / £5.45 Castaway (under 16)
36 Holes: 10.95 Adult (over 16) / £8.95 Castaway (under 16)

*************************************

How it works: You simply pay at the counter, each person gets given their own club and you choose your coloured golf ball, you get the team score card and you're ready to go! There are 2 courses inside;
Hidden Cove Challenge
"takes you around the base of the dormant volcano and then past Adventure Falls and on into Lost Settlers Cave!"
or
Lost Hut Trail
"starts on a ridge above the Hidden Cove Challenge and meanders through towers of rock and old island villages"

****************************************

The course was really fun to play with a fantastic theme and fun obstacles, the course can be deceiving though as sometimes the holes aren't as flat as they may seem!
We spent a good 90 minutes atleast in there playing 18 holes!
It would be a great rainy-day activity and perfect for all ages and abilities - I felt like I was back at a Haven camp as a child!

***********************************************
OPENING HOURS
Sunday - Thursday 10.30am til 11pm
Friday - Saturday 10.30am til Midnight

************************************************

They have a combo deal right now that we took advantage of - 18 holes of mini golf and 1 game of bowling for only £12 per person! It's a fab day out and doing 2 activities really made the day super enjoyable so i'd definitely recommend it! The boyfriend hit a STRIKE in bowling for the 3rd time ever so I was super proud too!
*relationship love*

Check out the rest of their deals and more info on their website: http://adventureminigolf.co.uk/
