I am a big lover of the book publisher's Usbourne and Little Man and Princess both love their books!
They do a wide variety of titles for children, you can find them online here.
Usbourne also has a 3 step young-readers series:
Series One: For readers who have just started reading alone
Series Two: for readers who are growing in confidence
Series Three: for readers who are ready for longer stories
I think this is an absolutely brilliant idea!
These 2 books are brilliant to begin teaching your children about history and the sports themselves.
Look Inside Sports
This is actually a lift the flap book made for older children! It still combines learning but still makes it more interesting to wondering minds! It gives you a little more insight to each bit of sport when you lift the flaps and helps to make the learning more exciting! It's also hardbard which means it's mroe difficult to get damaged which is always a positive! The RRP is £9.99
The Story of the Olympics
This book is from Young Reader: Series Two which works to combine good stories with easy-reading text. Series Two is for readers that are growing in confidence. The book has lots of pictures and the words are split into short paragraphs of 1-2 lines at a time. This is brilliant for Little Man as he's 6 and learning to read properly at school now and as time goes on he'll be able to read them by himself! - it really encourages him - plus the fact he's a little boy reading about roman soldiers!
This retails at £5.99
So i am offering to give one of my lucky followers the chance to win both of these books in a Rafflecopter giveway!
There are 2 compulsory steps and then afterwards you can choose whether or not to do the other options.
Please leave your email or twitter handle in the comments so i know how to contact you in you win!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
Anything at the moment - she's just started learning. :) Good luck to everyone x
